Silverhouse Home Inspections ("Silverhouse," "we," "us") is a residential home inspection company operating in Tennessee, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, and Missouri. The legal entity behind the brand is Silverhouse Holdings LLC.
This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information in connection with our website, our booking process, our inspection services, and the messages we exchange with you.
2. Text messaging
We only text you if you text us first. Our phone numbers are published on this website and on our Google Business Profile listings. When you send us a message, we reply. We do not send marketing texts, promotional blasts, or automated campaigns, and we never text a number that has not messaged us.

- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- We do not sell or share your information, and we do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Information we collect
- Identifiers. Name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address.
- Booking information. Inspection date and time, requested services, add-ons, package selection, and scheduling notes.
- Property information. Property address, type, age, occupancy status, access instructions, and other details you or your agent provide.
- Payment information. Billing address and transaction amount. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
- Communications. Email, phone, and text correspondence with us, including message content and metadata.
4. How we use it
- To perform your inspection and deliver your report.
- To communicate about scheduling, property access, follow-up questions, and service.
- To process payment.
- For safety, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.
5. How we store it
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-recognized encryption, and access is restricted by role and authentication. We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal, tax, insurance, and dispute-resolution obligations, then delete it.
6. Who we share it with
We share information only with the following, and only as needed to do the work:
- Our payment processor, to process payment.
- Our electronic signature provider, to execute and store signed documents.
- Our inspection software platform, for scheduling, report generation, and delivery.
- Accredited third-party laboratories, for samples that require lab analysis.
- Legal, regulatory, and compliance recipients, where required by law or legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own advertising or marketing.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. You may also opt out of any sharing where that applies, and you may complain to your state regulator. Send requests to the contact below.
8. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy and disclose the vendor here.
9. Data breach
If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law, without undue delay after we confirm it.
10. Children
Our services are not directed at anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under thirteen, and we delete it if we learn we have.
